This issue contains articles and information on Medicine of Flowering Ginger, Ask Jeanne Rose: Filtering Perfumes, Copper and Stainless Steel in a Still, and Autumn Equinox Ritual. A most fabulous read, as always! Although I *must* admit that being a collector of the curiously strange myself, the part of the newsletter that made me cackle is a picture with description that explains where the term “blowing smoke up one’s ass” came from! Having the item itself would make a great conversation piece.
One really doesn’t know what fascinating bits of lost information you can learn from Ms. Rose! While this bit of information is humorous, the information you can learn by taking one of her intensives or distillations is PRICELESS. Be sure to check out the listing of upcoming classes and events.
