My Muses


    Angels - mainly fallen ones with broken wings. My angels~ are curiously strange, a bit macabre, somewhat melancholy, love to read Baudelaire, Dickinson, Plath, Sexton and other dead poets, are ghost angels from times past and they love to whisper their secrets to me.

    My Muses also love to have tea parties with me and the monsters who live under my bed...heh!

Most of you know how enamored I am of Madame Talbot and what a huge inspiration she is to me – here are a few of my stump goils on a shelf in her studio! They are the 3 dolls on the left, top shelf. Which has inspired me to draw out and sew up some more stump bodies. Now they’re just waiting for some stuffing and for their personalities to be created!
